What You’ll Do
As a Digital Learning & Development Specialist, you are the go-to expert in digital learning within Plukon. You translate learning needs into concrete solutions and ensure that employees, from production to executive level, can learn effectively.
- You develop e-learning modules, microlearning, and blended learning programs;
- You translate learning needs into scalable digital learning solutions;
- You manage and optimize the LMS (Docebo);
- You work with tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline;
- You apply instructional design principles to maximize learning impact;
- You implement and test innovative learning tools, including AI (such as Synthesia, HeyGen);
- You advise HR and management on digital learning strategy;
- You coach and support less experienced colleagues within the team.

Who You Are
For this Senior Digital Learning & Development Specialist vacancy, we are looking for an experienced professional with strong instructional and digital skills.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO/WO) in fields such as Educational Science, L&D, HRD or Instructional Design;
- At least 8 years of experience in L&D or digital learning development;
- Experience with LMS systems (Docebo), knowledge of SCORM and xAPI, and proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise;
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 4–5 times per year).
