LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We're partnering with a leading construction organization to identify a Learning & Development Manager who will play a key role in driving training, leadership development, and employee growth initiatives across the West Region. This individual will help shape learning strategies, develop impactful training programs, and partner with leaders to build organizational capability and performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee regional training and development programs
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles
- Partner with business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals
- Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning content and delivery
- Support leadership development, coaching, and talent growth initiatives
- Manage training resources, materials, and learning programs across the region
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of Learning & Development experience
- Experience designing and facilitating training programs for diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with leaders at all levels
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
