Tasks:
- Adapt Lidl Baltic Learning and Onboarding strategies to ensure all programs align with the specific cultural and commercial nuances of the Latvian retail market.
- Co-create and implement high-impact training and onboarding programs for office, store and warehouse employees, conducting on-site visits to assess real-time effectiveness.
- Implement Talent Management processes to build strong internal talent pipelines for our teams.
- Work closely with Baltic teams to launch joint initiatives and increase the usage of digital learning platforms for all employees.
- Monitor KPI’s, analyze data, and report monthly on program effectiveness to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure continuous stakeholder management.
About you:
- Higher education.
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development, onboarding and/or project management.
- Fluency in Latvian and very good English language skills (B2 or higher level).
- Good understanding of adult learning principles, talent management, and onboarding best practices, with experience using digital learning systems considered an advantage.
- Experience managing timelines, communication plans, and budgets.
- Analytical mindset with KPI and data skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Category B driver’s license an advantage.
