WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Learning & Training Specialist, you ensure that the store operating model is translated into clear, engaging and effective learning experiences for store colleagues globally. You create high‑quality training and communication materials that make complex processes easy to understand, easy to adopt and consistent across all Sales Markets, supporting strong execution and a great colleague and customer experience.
You will:
- Translate process designs, SOPs and operating model updates into clear, accessible training content tailored to store roles
- Design learning materials that support adoption for colleagues with different experience levels and learning needs
- Ensure all training content reflects brand tone of voice, learning standards and accessibility guidelines
- Prepare rollout packages for Sales Markets, including talking points, FAQs, job aids and adoption checklists
- Partner with market training teams to support consistent delivery and adoption across Sales Markets
- Maintain training content repositories, ensuring strong structure and version control across all assets
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work closely with Operations Development Experts and Specialists, Retail Operations, Tech and Central People Organisation teams. In this role, you collaborate with global and market training teams to ensure learning content is clear, aligned and easy to use in daily store operations.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a structured and creative learning specialist who is skilled at turning complex operational information into clear, practical and engaging learning experiences.
We are looking for people with:
- Experience working with change communication, change management or project management
- Experience creating user‑centred learning content with a strong learner experience
- Solid understanding of store operations and how to translate operational needs into learning
- Strong instructional design skills and experience developing learning materials
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Confidence working cross‑functionally with process experts and multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
