Learning & Development Manager
London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
A growing technology-oriented business is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to help shape leadership capability, management effectiveness and performance across a scaling organisation.
This is a broad role with real visibility across the business, combining strategic programme design with hands-on delivery. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen leadership and management capability, improve performance, and create a more consistent approach to learning and development across the organisation.

The role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and evolving the organisation’s L&D strategy
- Building leadership and management capability programmes
- Supporting performance and capability improvement across teams
- Developing scalable learning frameworks, tools and resources
- Delivering workshops, coaching and learning initiatives across the business
- Driving the use of modern learning technology and digital learning solutions
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and development priorities
- Supporting wider talent, succession and performance initiatives
- Managing external learning providers and evaluating programme effectiveness
What they’re looking for:
- Experience in a senior L&D role within a fast-moving or scaling organisation
- Strong experience developing leadership and management capability
- Experience supporting performance improvement and manager effectiveness
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Experience with digital learning tools, LMS platforms and blended learning approaches
- Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills
- Experience within telecoms, technology or other high-growth environments would be beneficial
