Learning & Development Specialist
Purpose of the role
The Learning & Development Specialist at Bel will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and administration of training and development strategy. This role ensures all learning activities run smoothly in line with our people agenda.
Main Accountabilities
Training Logistics:
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials and participant communications.
Record-keeping & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date training records and attendance databases.
- Track and report participation, completion and feedback.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Liaise with external vendors and providers.
- Track training expenses according to budgets.
- Process invoices and reimbursements.
Learning Platforms Administration
- Oversee digital learning systems (LMS), including user access, registration and content updates.
Continuous Improvement
- Gather and analyze participant feedback.
- Recommend improvements to processes and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years’ experience in an HR or L&D role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid communication and client service skills.
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, digital learning tools and HR systems.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude and positive spirit.
