Training Lead / Change Enablement
Location: San Francisco Bay Area/Pleasanton, CA Hybrid_1day/week
Duration: 12+months
Pay range_ $70-73/Hour on W2
This role is for a Training Lead supporting the OMP project, which is consolidating three separate customer data and marketing campaign tools into one platform called Zeta.
The Training Lead will partner closely with the existing Change Lead and own the end-to-end training enablement workstream throughout a large transformation program.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall training strategy and plans
- Partner with Change Lead to:
- Identify change impacts
- Map impacts by persona/audience
- Build role-based training approaches
- Create and manage:
- Training outlines
- Training content
- Review and approval cycles
- Delivery schedules
- Potentially facilitate training sessions for some audiences
- Build supporting materials such as:
- Project overview decks
- FAQs
- Stakeholder communication content
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups
- Support agile project delivery with ongoing feature releases and iterative training updates
Required Experience / Skills
Must-Have
- Strong Training Lead / Learning Enablement experience
- Experience supporting organizational change management
- Experience with:
- Training strategy
- Instructional design
- Training development
- Stakeholder engagement
- Training coordination/delivery
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in an agile environment
Preferred
- Experience working on:
- Digital transformation programs
- Marketing technology implementations
- Enterprise system rollouts
- Familiarity with AI-enabled training tools or modern enablement platforms
- Experience creating:
- FAQs
- Communications
- Executive/project overview presentations
Tool / Technical Expectations
- No specific training software expertise required
- Adaptability is more important than mastery of tools like:
- Camtasia
- Adobe Captivate
- Candidate should learn new platforms/tools quickly
