Location: New York City, NY, 3x per week | Contract
A dynamic role focused on designing, delivering, and supporting generative AI training programs for enterprise employees. This position involves working with cutting-edge AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude, to enhance employee skills and adoption across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective training and platform management.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and facilitates live and on-demand training sessions on generative AI tools, including enterprise ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
- Develops engaging learning materials such as guides, job aids, and video content tailored to employees with varying levels of AI fluency.
- Partners with HR and Learning & Development teams to create AI-focused soft skill and tool-based training programs, such as “Leading Change in the Age of AI.”
- Tracks training participation, gathers learner feedback, and analyzes engagement metrics to optimize program effectiveness.
- Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to stay current on AI tool updates and surface relevant learning opportunities.
- Supports Learning & Development programs by coordinating sessions, managing logistics, and contributing content.
- Serves as a support resource for employee questions regarding AI tools, use cases, and responsible use guidelines.
- Partners with HR, Legal, and IT stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational policies on data privacy and AI usage.
- Acts as the primary administrator for ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise environments, managing platform configuration, user provisioning, and workspace administration.
- Maintains organizational structures, team workspaces, and access segmentation by department or business unit.
- Serves as the primary liaison with OpenAI and Anthropic enterprise account teams, escalating technical issues as needed.
- Generates utilization reports for license consumption, compliance, and chargeback.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience in training, instructional design, adult education, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience administering enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude Enterprise.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) and delivering training on these tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance practices.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience designing and facilitating both live (virtual/in-person) and asynchronous learning programs.
- Working knowledge of adult learning theory and its application to AI-related content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools — specifically Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional design, communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with responsible AI use principles and data privacy compliance frameworks.
