The Training Coordinator plays a key role on the National Training Team and serves as the primary support partner to our Trainers and new employees across Retail, Wholesale, Joint Ventures, and Corporate teams. You’ll coordinate onboarding, manage training logistics, maintain the LMS, and keep things running smoothly—even when the day changes on a dime. Mortgage industry knowledge is a plus, but yourstrengths in coordination, communication, LMS management, and ClickUp project tracking are what we value most.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Experience & LMS Support
- Administer and support the Learning Management System (Schoox): assign courses, manage user records, and troubleshoot user issues
- Launch and track onboarding and compliance training assignments based on role and channel
- Monitor overdue training reports and escalate risks to leadership as needed
- Maintain version control and proper documentation of all active courses and learning paths
- Run reports and support tracking of training completion and effectiveness
New Hire Experience & Onboarding Coordination
- Host and support weekly New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions
- Manage training invites, calendar scheduling, chat groups, and follow-up communications
- Support onboarding paths by role (Sales, Operations, Corporate) to ensure consistency and confidence from Day 1
- Serve as a helpful, reliable point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey
Training Logistics, Content Maintenance & Communications
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all live and virtual training sessions, including registration, reminders, and attendance tracking
- Maintain accurate training rosters and completion records
- Draft and send training-related communications via email and the LMS (announcements, reminders, campaigns)
- Manage the posting and review schedule for training materials across three platforms and our LMS (Schoox)
- Ensure content across platforms is accurate, up to date, and aligned with company standards
- Partner with SMEs and Trainers to facilitate updates when needed
ClickUp Project Management & Workflow Optimization
- Manage the Training Team’s ClickUp workspace to track deadlines, workflows, recurring tasks, and project phases
- Organize projects by priority level and training lifecycle (planning, execution, follow-up)
- Support task assignment, progress tracking, and documentation across all training initiatives
- Help streamline and maintain recurring task templates and reporting checklists
Growth Opportunity
- Potential to grow into a Trainer, LMS Administrator, or Project Lead role
- Gain exposure to national-level onboarding, operations, sales, and compliance training coordination
- Collaborate with high-impact departments and learn from experienced training professionals
Qualifications:
- Strong coordination and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience administering or supporting an LMS
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with project/task management systems
- Comfortable switching tasks often and juggling shifting priorities
Pay Disclosure:
The starting base pay range for this position is $45k/annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
