About Our Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive
Learning & Development Specialist to play a key role in delivering our Learning & Development plan across the business. Working closely with the L&D Business Partner, you’ll help drive a strong culture of performance, learning and personal development.
This is a
delivery‑focused and hands‑on role, with a strong administrative and coordination element. You’ll work across all areas of the organisation, building a deep understanding of our systems, processes and how they connect, while supporting leaders and colleagues with high‑quality learning solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience delivering Learning & Development solutions
- Strong digital capability with a future‑focused mindset
- Confidence working with leaders and managers at all levels, balancing commercial awareness with a people‑centred approach
- A proactive, organised self‑starter who enjoys driving delivery and change
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship‑building and coaching skills
- Ability to manage both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operational activity
- Good understanding of relevant employment and data protection legislation
- A natural curiosity about emerging people themes and external L&D trends, and how these can add value to the business
