We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Lead Learning Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of instructional design concepts and models, coupled with the ability to lead client engagements, and actively contribute to the day-to-day requirements of learning designers. The Lead Learning Consultant is experienced in immersive learning techniques such as AI, VR, or 3D interactive designs and will leverage their consultative skills to drive successful outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult on the best approach to close skill gaps with high-impact learning experiences and other enablement initiatives (i.e., documentation, performance support, digital adoption, knowledge management)
- Partner with a Project or Delivery Manager to ensure project teams deliver a quality learning program on time and budget
- Oversee learning delivery and provide guidance to learning experience designers and content developers on instructional materials per established quality standards
- Provide learning and change management subject expertise to client-facing projects
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in immersive learning techniques, including AI, VR, and 3D interactive designs
- Act as a trusted advisor to external clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations while leading client engagements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning solutions
- Take a strategic approach to identify, develop, and implement learning solutions
- Drive work from discovery to implementation, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Including performing functional, project-related tasks (e.g., writing, editing, creating presentations and summary reports, preparing workshops, etc.)
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and showcasing the value of our learning solutions by developing tailored strategies to address the needs of our clients
- Scope projects, build resource plans, track metrics, oversee and delegate tasks, and manage the project workload
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in instructional design with a focus on leadership roles
- Familiarity with immersive learning techniques, including AI, VR, and 3D interactive designs
- Strong consultative skills
- Ability to take a strategic approach to problem-solving and solution determination
- Excellent collaboration skills with design and account management teams
- Demonstrated project management expertise, from discovery to implementation
- Track record of contributing to business development and driving new business
- Strong instincts for balancing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning experiences
- Superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
- A deep understanding of instructional design concepts, models, and tools
