About The Role
Ready to shape the future of learning?
As a Learning and Development Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we develop our people - driving a bold, digitally enabled learning culture that equips colleagues to thrive now and in the future. This is a high-impact role where you’ll design and deliver innovative learning experiences, partner with senior leaders, and provide expert consultancy to tackle real organisational challenges.
From leadership development programmes and coaching interventions to reimagining performance management and succession planning, you’ll create solutions that are practical, engaging and built for impact. You’ll also play a key role in advancing our digital learning offer - using technology and data to enhance capability, track outcomes and continuously improve what we do.
If you’re motivated by variety, influence and the chance to make a visible difference, this role offers the platform to do exactly that.
About You
You’re a confident, credible L&D professional who knows how to turn ideas into impactful learning. You bring strong experience in designing and delivering development solutions -whether face-to-face, digital or blended - and you’re comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
You’re at your best when partnering with others: building trusted relationships, influencing at all levels, and translating organisational needs into meaningful development. An engaging facilitator and communicator, you can bring learning to life and create experiences that stick.
You’re also highly organised, adaptable and solutions-focused - able to juggle priorities, work at pace, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Just as importantly, you’re curious, proactive and committed to continuous improvement, with a passion for creating inclusive, forward-thinking learning environments where people can do their best work.
You will have a degree or OD qualification or significant equivalent experience of a similar role elsewhere.
Informal enquiries can be made to Tracy Dawson, Assistant HR Director (Organisational Development) at Tracy.dawson@aru.ac.uk.
