Kout Food Group is looking for a passionate and people-focused Specialist – Learning & Development to support the growth and capability development of our restaurant teams across multiple brands.

Role Overview
As a Specialist – Learning & Development, you will play a key role in identifying training needs, designing impactful learning experiences, and ensuring operational training excellence across restaurants. Working closely with Operations and HR teams, you will help strengthen product knowledge, sales capability, service standards, and leadership readiness within the business.
This role combines classroom facilitation, in-store coaching, operational support, and stakeholder collaboration to create meaningful learning impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Capability Development
- Identify and assess training needs across multiple restaurant brands and operational functions
- Design, plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging learning programs, workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training
- Conduct in-store coaching and follow-up sessions to ensure training adherence and operational excellence
- Support the development of future leaders through structured coaching and capability-building initiatives
- Promote a strong coaching and continuous learning culture across restaurant teams
Operational Training Excellence
- Ensure all training programs align with brand standards, operational procedures, and company expectations
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations, feedback, and restaurant visits
- Execute and manage the annual training calendar with high completion and engagement levels
- Prepare and maintain training reports, progress updates, and performance tracking
- Ensure teams are equipped with the right tools, resources, and knowledge to perform successfully
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, HR, and restaurant leadership teams to support business objectives
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance learning effectiveness
- Participate in meetings, planning discussions, and performance reviews to align training priorities with operational needs
People & Culture
- Support employee development journeys and contribute to succession planning initiatives
- Encourage teamwork, recognition, and performance-driven behaviors

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training, Restaurant Operations, or Hospitality Training
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-brand operational environments
- Organized, proactive, and highly collaborative mindset
- Strong planning, follow-up, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Passion for people development, coaching, and operational excellence
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred
