- The role can be based out of our Nyíregyháza, Hungary Manufacturing location LEGO UTCA 15 4400-Nyíregyháza. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.
Core Responsibilities
- L&D Project and Program Management Manage the end-to-end process of deploying skill-based learning interventions in a manufacturing environment. Coordinate onsite activities and collaborate with stakeholders (including external vendors where necessary) to deploy blended solutions on the site.
- Onsite Facilitation Lead in-person facilitation of learning programs, tailored for a manufacturing audience. Ensure effective delivery, engagement, & follow-up.
- eLearning Development and Digital Learning Management Collaborate with global teams to deploy and manage engaging digital learning content and platforms.
- Needs Identification Proactively identify potential issues, skill gaps, and future learning needs through discussions with management and networks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Integrate seamlessly into the wider learning environment, collaborating closely with Technical Training teams and other functions supporting the development of our Manufacturing sites. Work with stakeholders to define project scope, track deliverables, and align outcomes with business strategies.
- Global Network Work closely with peers based in other Manufacturing sites to share knowledge and help develop a globally aligned, but locally impactful learning environment.
- Data and Metrics Track and evaluate the success of development initiatives, whilst striving to continuously improve or maintain key L&D metrics.
- Continuous Improvement Lead or contribute to projects to improve learning and development processes, tools and systems and ensure continuous development and innovation of learning approaches and training methods.

We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development expert to lead and participate in the end-to-end process of translating organizational learning needs into sophisticated learning interventions for our manufacturing site in Nyíregyháza, Hungary. Although Manufacturing will be the primary audience, you will also be involved in building future-fit capabilities across Operations in its entirety.
Do You Have What It Takes?
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have
- Proven experience owning the planning, designing and delivery of learning and development interventions.
- Training facilitation and coordination expertise.
- Ability to manage learning programs for shift workers in a production environment.
- Experience within an HR function is preferable.
- Ability to create and manage engaging digital learning content and platforms. Experience using Workday as a Learning Management System (LMS) would be advantageous.
- Appetite for creative and innovative approaches to learning design.
- Professional proficiency in English as well as Hungarian.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and drive activity.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with global teams.
