About the Role
We're building something real — and we need someone who can build the people behind it. As our Learning & Development Lead for Retail, you'll design and drive the learning strategy across our retail teams globally. From onboarding to leadership development, you'll make sure our people have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end L&D programs for retail store teams, Floor Leaders, and Store Managers
- Build scalable onboarding experiences that get new hires up to speed fast and feeling connected to the brand
- Partner with HRBPs and Store Leaders to identify skill gaps and build targeted development solutions
- Create and maintain training content — e-learning modules, playbooks, toolkits, facilitated workshops
- Drive leadership development programs to build our internal pipeline of future managers
- Track and measure training effectiveness using data and feedback; iterate accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (VM, Operations, Merchandising) to embed product and process knowledge
- Support rollout of new tools, systems, or brand initiatives with training collateral
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of L&D experience, with at least 2 years focused on retail or frontline workforce
- Strong instructional design skills — you can turn complex info into clear, engaging content
- Comfortable facilitating in-person and virtual sessions across different time zones
- Data-driven mindset — you track what works and cut what doesn't
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; startup or scale-up experience a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority
