We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our HR Department and take full ownership of the Learning & Development agenda across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the L&D strategy, leading talent development initiatives, and driving a culture of continuous learning.

As we continue to scale, you will play a key role in defining the future direction of learning and talent development, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Own and drive the global Learning & Talent Management Strategy, including leadership development programs, high potential programs, employee engagement, and training programs
- Lead and continuously improve the group-wide Performance Management Process, including governance, optimization, and reporting in our HR system
- Oversee the Employee Survey process end-to-end, including design, execution, analysis, and implementation of action plans
- Manage and continuously develop the learning portfolio (internal and external trainings, coaching), ensuring alignment with business needs across all locations
- Lead organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps and define strategic learning priorities
- Partner with senior leadership and managers to design and implement individual development plans, career paths, and succession planning initiatives
- Design and oversee the delivery of high-impact learning solutions, including workshops, training programs, and e-learning initiatives
- Manage and optimize the L&D budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI on learning initiatives
- Monitor, analyze, and report on L&D effectiveness using KPIs and data-driven insights
- Lead and/or mentor L&D team members or project teams
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, ideally in an international environment
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing strategic L&D programs
- Experience in stakeholder management at senior leadership level
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Education, or a comparable field
- Strategic, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset
- Strong leadership and ownership attitude
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- High level of business acumen and organizational awareness
- Excellent MS Office skills; Workday experience is a plus
