What You’ll Do
Field Work & Site Visits
- Travel to homes and businesses affected by fire, water, or storm damage
- Conduct on-site inventory of personal property
- Photograph, tag, and document items for insurance claims
- Use mobile apps to log and track contents
- Work alongside experienced adjusters and field teams
Administrative & Documentation
- Maintain accurate digital records and reports
- Support claims processing through detailed documentation
- Assist with reviewing and organizing claim files
Client Interaction
- Communicate professionally with clients during sensitive situations
- Provide updates and answer questions related to contents claims

Qualifications
