In the capacity of the role as People & Culture Operations (f/m/d), you're the vital conduit between our team and leadership regarding all People & Culture topics. Your proactive problem-solving, hands-on mentality, and dedication to aiding others are your driving forces. - Proficient point of contact for personnel inquiries from employees and management
- Enhance and evolve digital personnel files
- Manage preparatory payroll accounting tasks and be the direct partner of our payroll accounting office
- Evaluate on and and streamline employee feedback
- Recruit and onboard new employees together with the department managers
- Guide employees through the entire lifecycle in all countries
- Contribute to optimized people processes and engaging projects
- Craft employment contracts, certificates, and references
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Close interaction with the management team
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to communicate in German and English
- At least 1-2 years experience in Human Resource (HR)

- A dedicated team player who believes in sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
- Skilled in pitching and convincing key stakeholders
