We are now looking for a Training and Development Lead to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will take the lead on designing, implementing, and managing learning and development strategies across all departments, with a special focus on empowering and upskilling our commercial teams.
This is a key position within the organization, based in Madrid, working closely with department heads and division leaders across the company to ensure all training initiatives are aligned with business needs and support our ambitious growth plans.
What will you be doing?
- Design and deliver training plans aligned with company strategy, addressing both short-term and long-term learning needs.
- Proactively identify training needs by working closely with department managers—particularly within the commercial/sales areas.
- Coordinate all aspects of training programs (in-person, online, and hybrid), including scheduling, logistics, communication, and follow-up.
- Lead the onboarding training journey to ensure a seamless integration of new joiners into the company culture and workflows.
- Deliver key trainings (e.g. Salesforce) and support internal trainers and subject matter experts in the delivery of specialized content.
- Designed and delivered training programs focused on the development of soft skills across teams.
- Monitor the impact of training programs using relevant KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
- Liaise with external training providers to source and tailor content that meets specific business needs.
- Organize and facilitate performance review sessions alongside department leads to connect employee development with business performance.
- Create and continuously update training materials, including manuals, e-learning content, videos, and sales support documentation.
- Stay ahead of trends in learning technologies, methodologies, and employee development tools.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar training-focused role within a commercial and fast-paced business environment.
- Strong knowledge of training tools, content development techniques, and delivery methods (face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid).
- Hands-on experience managing and using LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Moodle, Cornerstone).
- Previous experience designing training programs for sales teams or working in sales-driven organizations.
- Experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs for commercial or sales teams will be highly valued.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs—experience in training delivery on these platforms is highly valued.
- Excellent English skills (C1 minimum); other languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a people-first mindset and a high level of initiative.
- A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Labour Relations, or related field. Postgraduate qualification in Learning & Development or Adult Education is a plus.
