We're looking for an
organised and detail-oriented Partnerships Co-ordinator to join our team. If you're passionate about relationship bulding, have a strong understanding of apprenticeship onboarding and want to make a real impact on learners' journeys, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contract between Babington and our sister company Tempdent, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience for employers and learners.
- Co-ordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Managers.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, with strong attention to detail in data handling and analysis.
- Support the day to day running of the Levy Transfer service, ensuring all process and procedures are followed
- Contribute to achieving financial and performance KPI's
- Support Training Provider network to ensure data submissions are accurate and reporting is complete and on time.
- Regularly review own performance against our mission, values and competency frameworks, with a willingness to acquire any necessary qualifications or skills pertinent to the role.
- Act as a point of contact for the portal provider, ensuring queries are managed and resolved.
- Analyse data and contribute to reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
- Act as an ambassador for Babington exhibiting enthusiasm and professionalism.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of managing successful relationships with training providers and employers
- Demonstrable experience of effective contract, commercial and service management within a complex multi-source service/supplier environment. Including performance/SLA/KPI management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights,
- Experience of working with suppliers at a critical level of importance
- Industry knowledge/understanding and experience (ideally in apprenticeships)
- Experience in working with demanding clients and under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, time management, and digital delivery skills.
