Role Overview:
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will have an important mission in creating and delivering engaging learning experiences.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues within Learning & Development and the wider People organization to identify learning needs and translate them into creative, practical, and effective solutions.
This role is well suited for someone who wants to actively drive and develop Learning & Development initiatives, contributing to both short‑ and long‑term competence needs across the organisation.
Tasks and Responsibilities include:
- Designing and producing digital learning solutions, including scripts, e‑learning courses, and visual content such as simple illustrations, images, and video
- Taking overall ownership of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Managing training administration, including publishing, updating, and quality‑assuring courses, participants, and learning materials
- Coordinating and driving onboarding processes and trainee programmes
- Contributing to the development of a strong learning culture by providing pedagogical guidance and ensuring that learning initiatives follow established standards and guidelines
- Staying up to date with trends and best practices by participating in relevant networks and forums within learning and competence development

MUST have:
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience within Learning & Development, or within media and communication in a learning‑focused context
- Track record in producing digital learning content, preferably using tools such as Articulate (Rise and Storyline), Adobe (Illustrator and Animate), or similar platforms
- Proven experience in developing PowerPoint presentations
- Practical knowledge of working with AI tools (curious, forward‑looking approach to new technologies), visual design and graphic content creation
- Knowledge of video recording and video editing
- Hands‑on experience working with Learning Management Systems
- Strong pedagogical skills and excellent communication in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Nice to have: Previous experience from retail or service‑oriented environments
