This new role is crafting and leading a skills development program throughout our Manufacturing organization. As part of the Operations & Value Chain Skill Development team, you will be pivotal in developing and activating learning content, bridging business needs with learning designed through various partnerships. Supported by Skill Development Managers you will orchestrate a global network tasked with building and deploying a learning agenda designed to deliver future-ready skills to colleagues across Manufacturing!

- The role can be based out of our Denmark Campus or Richmond Manufacturing location. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Collaborate with Manufacturing senior leadership to set priorities for skills development across our Manufacturing sites globally.
- Develop, review, and update learning plans in alignment with our broader skills development L&D strategy, complementing our global Manufacturing training initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders and functional managers to identify priority skills and create targeted learning pathways.
Program Design & Delivery
- Lead the design of scalable, blended learning solutions—including e-learning, instructor-led training, micro-learning, and experiential learning.
- Champion a learning-through-play approach to inspire a diverse audience and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
- Find and collaborate with experts to create and improve engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate with groups both inside the company and beyond it to prioritize skills development and implement effective learning strategies.
Technology & Learning Ecosystem Management
- Optimize the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Use technology and data-based tools to personalize learning and track engagement.
Measurement & Impact
- Establish metrics to measure learning effectiveness, skills acquisition, and value.
- Conduct data-driven evaluations and report findings to partners, recommending adjustments to increase impact.
Do you know what it takes?
- Experience 5+ years designing, building, and delivering learning and development programs, ideally within a manufacturing/production environment.
- Data-Driven Experience translating data, feedback, and business needs into concrete, skill-based learning solutions.
- Curious & Analytical Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and apply insights to improve future experiences.
- Hands-On Approach Enjoy owning work from concept through execution, reinforcement, and iteration.
- Facilitation Skills Comfortable leading interactive, experiential learning opportunities—not traditional lecture-style workshops.
- Organized & Proactive Able to lead multiple priorities in a small, high-impact team environment.
- Collaborative Strong collaborator, working well with partners and stakeholders, bringing a co-creation, team-first approach.
- Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to influence through well-designed experiences.
- Culture Carrier Excited to model organizational values and reinforce them through your work.
- AI Experimentation Have experimented with AI in work or personal projects, eager to explore new AI tools and workflows responsibly.

The Skills Development team acts as enablers for growth, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to identify critical capabilities and ensure all colleagues have access to the skills they need to grow, develop, and succeed.
Based in Billund or Richmond VA, this position will play a key role in bringing dedicated focus to our Global Supply Chain Operations business, enabling continuous learning and development through engaging, insight-driven experiences.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $128,542.00 - $192,812.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
