Title: L&D Manager
Reports to: Senior Manager – Strategic Capabilities
Experience: 3 - 6 years of experience in L&D, education or HR. Agency experience is a plus but not required.
Education background: Undergraduate degree in education, humanities, HR or business. Any familiarity with adult learning principles is preferred.
Key responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between department leads, external training partners, and global network reps.
- Program Management: Lead on the end-to-end execution of the different programs under the CORE Training Academy.
- Assessment & Talent Mapping: Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the Assessment Centre by thorough KPI measurement.
- Curriculum Development: Work with department heads & SMEs to refine training materials, ensuring content moves beyond "general information" to include proprietary agency insights and strategic depth.
- Strategic Roadmap: Assist in the planning and delivery of the Quarterly Strategic Roadmap, balancing technical "hard skills" (Excel, TVAM, SA360) with essential "soft skills" (Client Servicing, Strategic Thinking, Professional Communication).
- Logistics & Accountability: Manage training schedules, RSVP tracking, and catering logistics.
- Reporting & Impact: Track training effectiveness through post-session evaluations and performance data.
