Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Learning & Development Project Manager. Responsibilities:
- Design and manage digital learning solutions, including instructional design and project coordination
- Apply adult learning principles to the development of digital learning content across formal and informal environments
- Design, develop, and support a variety of digital learning formats (e.g., self-paced learning, microlearning, simulations, videos, job aids, interactive content)
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate business and learning needs into effective digital solutions
- Manage project plans, timelines, and resources to deliver learning solutions that meet quality and business requirements
- Ensure alignment between learning design, delivery, evaluation, and assessment
- Support compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards related to digital learning delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning products
- Identify opportunities to improve digital learning processes, tools, and delivery methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with instructional design and digital learning development
- Familiarity with adult learning theory and digital learning design best practices
- Experience working with digital learning platforms, tools, or learning technologies
- Project management experience, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Client service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency with common productivity tools and cloud-based applications
- Experience in a professional services, consulting, or similar environment preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
