As our new l&d manager, you join the International Commercial Center of Excellence to transform global strategies into local success across the Benelux, Nordics, and Ireland. You play a pivotal role in adapting and deploying innovative learning programs, spending significant time on the ground to support diverse sales teams. - Travel up to 35% of your time to partner closely with regional commercial leaders and align initiatives with strategic business priorities.
- Facilitate dynamic training sessions and provide direct field coaching to guarantee first-class commercial execution in various cultural contexts.
- Analyze training impact through precise metrics to ensure optimal skill transfer and measurable results within each specific market.
- Share best practices across Northern Europe and Ireland to foster a culture of continuous improvement and commercial excellence.
Qualifications
- You bring solid experience in learning and development management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
- Your fluent English allows you to navigate a complex international environment and lead regional projects with ease.
- You possess proven expertise in instructional design and the use of modern learning technologies such as LMS and AI tools.
