YOUR PROFILE:
- Full-Cycle Recruiter: At least 2β3 years of experience in fast-paced environments.
- Sourcing Expert: High proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter (AI tools are a plus).
- Communicator: Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders globally.
- Languages: Fluent English (Greek or Russian is a major advantage).
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with building teams in iGaming or other fintechs with high-load platforms.
- Proven experience applying AI to automate recruitment processes.
