We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Global Learning & Development Manager role to ensure the setting of the vision and strategy for Harri's global learning ecosystem. You will serve as a Global Learning & Development Leader and a trusted partner to Senior Leadership , playing a key role in driving employee engagement and retention, improving customer outcomes, and leveraging automation to scale learning delivery and measurement.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Global Learning & Development Manager , you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for Harri's global learning ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning Strategy & Governance: Define, design, and manage a scalable, global L&D strategy that aligns with Harri's business objectives, focusing on improving engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with global leaders across Product, R&D, Sales, Implementation, and Support to understand skill gaps and design learning paths that address their specific needs (internal enablement) and ultimately improve customer success (external enablement).
- Content Development & Delivery: Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality, globally consistent training content (digital, in-person, blended) for all learning audiences, ensuring product and feature deployment readiness.
- Automation & Scalability: Champion the use of technology and automation (e.g., in LMS administration, content delivery, personalized learning paths) to enhance the efficiency and reach of the learning programs.
- Performance & Metrics: Define, track, and report on key L&D metrics, including employee engagement post-training, retention rates tied to skill development, and customer outcomes (e.g., platform adoption, time-to-value, decreased support tickets) directly impacted by training.
- Team Leadership: Recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching the Global Learning & Development team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, expertise, and collaboration.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate, select, and enhance the processes and tools the L&D team uses for day-to-day operations and content management.
- Talent Management: Work in collaboration to establish Individual Development Plans (IDPs), evaluate performance, and administer corrective action/performance improvement plans as necessary.

We are looking for an individual who is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional executive stakeholders with a proven track record of designing and implementing global L&D strategies that deliver measurable results in employee engagement, retention, or customer outcomes. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in business, education, or relevant field.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a Global Learning & Development and/or restaurant/hospitality industry Enablement, or Training function, preferably in a SaaS or HCM environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing global L&D strategies that deliver measurable results in employee engagement, retention, or customer outcomes.
- Experience leading and mentoring a globally distributed team.
- Strong understanding of modern learning technologies (LMS, LXP, content authoring tools) and how to leverage automation for scale.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with a natural capacity to present complex information simply.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional executive stakeholders.
When and Where You'll Be Doing It
- Position: Full-time
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD, depending on experience.
- Reporting Line: SVP of Global Operations
