Learning & Development Trainer
5 Month Contract
Cambridge – 1 day a week in office
We are looking for a Learning & Development Trainer to join our client who will be responsible for the training strategy and implementation of training plans associated with programme milestones, overseeing the delivery of accessible, sustainable and compliant learning solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Embedding learning and development milestones through training plans associated to programme milestones
- Seeking continuous improvement opportunities in planning, execution and measurements of the end-to-end programme
- Pushing for collaborative development, execution and delivery of training strategies
- Provide expert advice on blended learning approaches aligned with the 3E – Education, Experience and Exposure
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in a Learning & Development environment
- Well versed in learning technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Pharmaceutical background is highly desirable
