Hi there, we’re Article. 👋 Since 2013, we have been redefining the furniture industry one sofa at a time, it’s not easy — it requires solving challenging, meaningful problems. This is where you come in, as a
Retail Learning & Development Specialist, you'll design and develop retail-specific training that equips our store teams to deliver confident, consistent, and on-brand customer experiences.
You’ll be the bridge between our products and our people, translating complex product knowledge into engaging, scalable learning solutions.

How the team works: We’re a hybrid team, working 3 days minimum in the office at the Vancouver HQ.
What You’ll Do

- Design & Develop: Create blended learning solutions (eLearning, job aids, and facilitator guides) for product launches and retail onboarding.
- LMS Management: Own the retail training environment, ensuring content is accurate, easy to navigate, and properly reported.
- AI Integration: Use LLMs and AI tools to draft, localize, and summarize content to increase team efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Partner with field leaders to evaluate training effectiveness and refine content based on store performance and team feedback.

Work Authorization:
Unless otherwise stated, all open roles require legal authorization to work in the location where the job is based, without requiring VISA sponsorship.
For US-based roles, Article participates in E-Verify
