Learning Experience Coordinator
Summary
The Learning Designer collaborates with stakeholders to create learning solutions that meet business needs. This role focuses on content development, event coordination, and design process contribution. Key priorities include supporting content creation, assisting with event planning, and applying organizational standards to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Support the creation of live, virtual, and digital learning solutions aligned with client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a supportive, client-focused attitude while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams (Enablement, Operations, and Applied Innovation).
- Project Support: Manage assigned design tasks and project components independently or within a team using critical thinking and initiative.
- Problem Solving: Apply analytical thinking to support data-driven solutions for learning challenges.
- Execution & Quality: Meet deadlines and take ownership of deliverables, ensuring quality through self-review and incorporating feedback from senior team members.
- Communication: Maintain transparency with supervisors regarding progress, workload, capacity, and challenges.
Baseline Expectations & Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in instructional design, content development, event planning, and learning asset creation.
- Tools: Expert use of virtual delivery platforms and digital tools (Articulate 360, Synthesis, SharePoint, PowerPoint/Word show flows, and storyboards).
- Software: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
- Professionalism: Punctuality, active participation in team activities, and a commitment to video-enabled virtual meetings or required in-person attendance.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and seek guidance proactively when necessary.
- Availability: Must remain accessible and responsive to all team members and stakeholders.
- Experience: 1-3 years supporting training and development projects, preferably in professional services.
- Education: High school diploma required.
