As a Learning & Development (L&D) Graduate, you will support the design, coordination, and execution of learning programs that help our people grow their skills and capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in maintaining a positive learner experience across our global organization.
What will your job look like?
- Support the end-to-end coordination of learning programs, workshops, and digital learning initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather learning needs and ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Track attendance, engagement, and program outcomes; support reporting and insights.
- Support budget management, including tracking, monitoring, and providing visibility on learning spend.
- Track, analyze, and report on learning metrics and KPIs. Analyze data, recommend insights and present.
- Support vendor coordination and operational aspects of external learning activities.
- Help maintain and update content on learning platforms.
All you need is...
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Strong interest in Learning & Development, talent growth, or employee experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team.
- Curiosity, a desire to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort working with digital learning tools, data tracking, and Microsoft Office applications.
- High analytical skills – an advantage.
- Good understanding of the AI landscape and its potential application in learning and HR – an advantage
