This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership, responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while building scalable leadership programs that support long-term growth.
This is not a narrow L&D role. It is a strategic seat at the table with real ownership and accountability.
What this role will lead
- Enterprise-wide talent strategy, including executive hiring partnership, succession planning, and internal promotions
- Design and execution of leadership development programs from early leadership through executive levels
- Company-wide learning and development framework aligned to culture, performance, and engagement
- Retention and engagement strategy for top performers, with measurable outcomes tied to A-player retention
- Close partnership with executive leadership to translate vision into people systems, programs, and capability
