Job Description
Work Schedule: Full Time, travel required at least 50% of the time.
- Leads a matrix team to design, execute, and manage a system-wide learning and development strategy, including leadership development for all leadership levels.
- Drives leadership development initiatives aligned with business goals, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
- Oversees the design, implementation, and tracking of leadership development programs and individual development plans.
- Develops and maintains high-quality instructional materials, staying current with learning science and leadership development trends.
- Maintains professional expertise in learning science, leadership development, and technology through ongoing research and development.
- Guides strategy for innovative learning solutions and benchmarks best practices across the learning and development landscape.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Education
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field Of Study
Work Experience
- 5+ leadership experience [Required]
- Experience leading training, talent development teams; healthcare experience [Preferred]
Additional Information
An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience OR
- Associates degree and 7+ years of experience OR
- High School Grad or Equivalent and 9+ years of experience.

Pay Range
$105,799.32 - $196,791.79
