Who We Are
We love what we do and what we do is important! We believe that everyone should leave feeling better – this means not just our guests, but also our teammates. Everyone should go home feeling better because they learned something new, or had fun working that day. Therefore, we hire unique individuals who work together to create amazing experiences for our guests. We recognize that every member of the team contributes to the success of the whole hotel. No one is more important than anyone else, and unless we are in it together, we can’t create that special experience for our guest.
Your Mission
Should you decide to accept it…
The Corporate Director of Learning & Development is the steward of how our people learn, grow, and bring our brands to life. Supporting 16 properties across two brands, this role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery—setting the global learning strategy while rolling up sleeves to design content, facilitate training, and support teams on the ground.
This role is for someone who believes L&D should be useful, engaging, and immediately felt on the floor, not something that lives in a binder. From onboarding new team members to developing leaders, this role ensures our people feel confident, connected, and inspired to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
