Global Training and Development Lead (m/w/d)

Tasks:
▪ Design and implement training programs aligned with BOGE’s workforce needs and technical requirements.
▪ Develop training materials to strengthen technical skills and soft skills, supporting technological leadership and service excellence.
▪ Align training initiatives with business objectives and future needs.
▪ Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and prioritize training requirements.
▪ Coordinate training programs across all BOGE locations, ensuring consistency while adapting to local needs.
▪ Select and manage external training providers for specialized programs.
▪ Evaluate training effectiveness and use feedback for continuous improvement.
▪ Measure training impact on performance and organizational success.
▪ Lead and develop a multi-location training team and promote a learning culture.
▪ Manage the training budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
▪ Experience in the environment of IATF 16949 audits is desirable.
Requirements:
▪ Proven experience as a Training and Development Manager or similar role, with a focus on global operations and technical training.
▪ Strong understanding of the latest training and development theories and methods, and applicable business strategies within a global manufacturing environment.
▪ Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs in a multinational company.
▪ Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience.
▪ Proficient in managing projects and stakeholders across different cultural backgrounds and languages.
▪ Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and ROI.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
▪ Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to BOGE’s key regions are highly beneficial.
