Descrição da Função
"ROLE: Develop, implement, and manage the company’s Annual Learning & Development Plan; Design, coordinate, and deliver internal and external training programs (in-person, online, and hybrid); Manage the e-learning platform, track learning analytics, and optimize learning processes; Create, review, and maintain training content, including presentations, manuals, videos, and workshops; Lead internal events, team-building activities, and initiatives to increase employee engagement; Support onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning; Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal learning procedures; Monitor learning KPIs and recommend strategic improvements; Act as a talent development expert, providing guidance to managers and employees. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields; 3–5 years of experience in learning, development, or talent management; Proven experience in training design, L&D strategy, and event management; Strong strategic, planning, and analytical skills; Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented; Ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
