The Role: Academic, Learning & Development Manager
Are you a strategic educator and a visionary builder of high-impact learning? Envisia is seeking an Academic, Learning & Development Manager—a role that is both managerial and operational, designed to support the Dean in scaling our academic excellence. Positioned at the intersection of academic rigor and business agility, you will be responsible for supporting the Dean and the Program Director in designing, managing, and evolving our elite portfolio of professional certifications, open courses, and bespoke in-house programs. You will be an integral part of the architecture behind the "Envisia way" of learning, ensuring our curriculum remains at the global forefront of boardroom education.
What You’ll Do
· Growth & Development: Partner with the Dean to develop and execute the academic roadmap, ensuring all programs align with the "Boards of Elite" standard.
· Portfolio Management: Oversee the lifecycle of international professional certifications and Envisia’s open-enrolment programs, ensuring they meet global quality standards.
· Bespoke Solutions: Contribute to the design and customization of in-house programs, tailoring high-level content to the specific strategic needs of corporate boards and executive teams.
· International Excellence: Support relationships with international certifying bodies and academic partners to maintain and expand Envisia’s global accreditation footprint.
· Innovation in Learning: Integrate cutting-edge methodologies and modern governance trends into the curriculum to ensure a transformative experience for our high-caliber participants. Lead modern learning approaches (blended, digital, experiential, peer learning)
· Financial & Resource Stewardship: Oversee L&D budgets with financial discipline and transparency
What We’re Looking For
· Educational Leadership: A senior professional with 7+ years of experience in higher education management, executive education, or corporate learning & development.
· Curriculum Architect: Expertise in designing academic or professional programs, with a deep understanding of international certification frameworks.
· Learning And Development exposure: Ability to translate the board’s education strategy and priorities into a coherent L&D vision
· Strategic Mindset: An individual who understands the nuances of the "Boards of Elite" environment and can translate board-level challenges into impactful learning journeys.
· Operational Excellence: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple program tracks simultaneously without compromising on quality or detail.
· Academic Credibility: A Master’s or PhD degree, or an international professional certification, is preferred, combined with a strong professional presence and excellent communication skills.
