What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement impactful learning programs tailored to our diverse teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and drive development initiatives
- Use innovative instructional techniques and delivery methods to maximize learning effectiveness
- Measure the success of training programs and continuously improve them
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, preferably in a multinational environment
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A creative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth
