The Role – L&D Manager
Reporting into senior HR leadership, you’ll be responsible for designing, delivering, and embedding a group-wide learning and development strategy that supports operational excellence and long-term talent growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing L&D strategies aligned to brand standards and business goals
- Leading management development, leadership programmes, and succession planning
- Driving service culture, guest experience, and luxury behavioural standards through training
- Partnering closely with General Managers and department heads to identify capability gaps
- Managing onboarding, brand immersion, and continuous development programmes
- Overseeing learning budgets, suppliers, and external training partners
- Measuring impact and continuously improving learning outcomes
About You
As an experienced L&D Manager, you’ll bring a strong background in luxury hospitality or premium service environments and a genuine passion for developing people.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in an L&D or Talent Development role within hotels or luxury service
- Deep understanding of luxury service culture and guest experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with credibility at senior leadership level
- Experience designing leadership and management development programmes
- An engaging, hands-on training style combined with strategic thinking
