Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area for a Learning and Development Specialist in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. The specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, managing learning systems, and developing instructional content to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Day-to-day tasks include assessing training needs, delivering engaging training sessions, coaching team members, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives to drive professional growth and organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Expertise in Instructional Design, including the creation of training materials and methodologies
- Excellent Communication and Coaching abilities to facilitate growth and engagement
- Proven ability to evaluate and enhance training programs for improved outcomes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in relevant digital learning tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry is a notable advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
