Job Title: Client Knowledge and Learning Manager – AI
Salary: Up to £92,000 + benefits
Location: London (hybrid working – approx. 50% office / 50% home)
Contract: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract
An international professional services firm is seeking an exceptional Client Knowledge and Learning Manager to lead the development and delivery of a client-facing AI learning and training offering.
Sitting within the Business Development & Marketing (BDM) function and reporting to the Head of Client Knowledge & Learning, this role plays a key part in strengthening client relationships through high-quality, value-add AI education.
You will work closely with client-facing teams, an internal GenAI programme, and senior stakeholders across the firm and its global client base.
This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies and trends, combined with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences for senior client audiences across industries and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver tailored AI learning programmes for clients, aligned to their industry, objectives, and level of technical sophistication
- Deliver training through a mix of virtual and in-person formats, including occasional international travel
- Track developments in AI technology, governance, and strategic deployment, and collaborate with internal GenAI, Technology, and Data Science teams to evolve the client learning offering
- Partner with client strategy teams to identify and realise opportunities to deepen client relationships through AI learning
- Support the promotion of the firm’s AI capabilities in pitches and panel review processes
- Build visibility and engagement for the client AI learning offering with internal stakeholders, including senior lawyers and business development teams
- Measure and assess the impact of AI learning initiatives on client experience, relationship strength, and business development outcomes
Experience Required:
- Proven experience designing and delivering high-quality training programmes (in-person and virtual)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior internal and client audiences
- Demonstrable project management experience
- Exposure to, or advisory experience in, AI, legal technology, or digital transformation initiatives
