The Team
Commercial Operations empowers the Marketing Partnerships team to develop and execute programs with partners, brands, and advertisers, while maintaining operational excellence. We do this by delivering the most effective tools and workflow systems that enable the team to drive revenue at scale. The team is visible throughout the entire Partnerships and Ads organizations, and works in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.
The Role
We are looking for a Learning Program Manager to join our team. Our distribution partners are an extension of Netflix’s own marketing efforts and therefore a strategic lever of growth for us. So it’s essential that our learning communications for partners are clear, consistent, and creatively excellent. This role will program manage the development and distribution of our learning materials so that partner sales representatives can more effectively sell packages that include Netflix. This role will support partners in APAC, EMEA, and The Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Management
- Act as a thought leader on learning program design, ensuring alignment around key priorities and initiatives
- Set program vision and curriculum strategy, and execute new course development with an eye for creative excellence
- Proactively identify gaps in learning and curriculum needs and prioritize paths forward for success
- Define, document and scope all learning projects
- Own the end to end program management from strategy through course design, LMS management, reporting and demonstrating impact of the program
- Implement new ways of working and recommend tooling solutions
- Manage 3rd party vendors and operations (contracting, renewals, add-ons)
- Manage budget and collaborate on vendor selection
- Facilitate course and Docebo translations between regional Partner Marketing leads and localization teams
Stakeholder Management
- Build and foster strong relationships with Partner Marketing Managers across the globe and act as an effective voice for learning initiatives
- Be an active partner to the overall Partner Marketing business by collaborating on learning opportunities, priorities, and impact
- Prioritize simplicity when developing and evolving feedback and approval workflows
LMS Administration
- Deliver platform-level support for Docebo (downtime, bugs, functionality, etc.)
- Support with content upload and reporting
- Deliver roadmap updates and communication from Docebo for product enhancements
- Dedicated live training for admins, vendors, and program leadership (Docebo, Articulate Rise/Storyline, etc.)
The Ideal Candidate has...
- 6+ years of experience of learning and development experience
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Docebo) and training authoring tools (e.g. Rise 360/Articulate Storyline)
- Creative production experience is a plus
- Strong project management experience and ability to manage multiple deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to develop, socialize, and iterate upon new workflows
- Experience in relationship building with global marketing and localization teams and ability to work across different timezones
- Passionate about using AI
- High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Respect, understanding, and enthusiasm for the Netflix culture
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $225,000 - $325,000.
