This is a
new 2026 role created to support our growing HR and Learning functions. We’re looking for a highly skilled, people-centric
Learning & Development Specialist who is passionate about helping employees grow, building organizational capability, and elevating the employee experience. This role is
full-time onsite at our Farmers Branch office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves creating meaningful learning experiences, and wants to make a visible impact across the company.

design training,
shape our learning culture, and
partner directly with HR and operational leaders to ensure our teams have the skills, tools, and confidence to succeed. You will manage our LMS, drive development pathways, support leadership growth, and help create a best-in-class onboarding experience. This is an ideal role for someone who blends instructional design expertise with HR curiosity and can translate business needs into engaging learning solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver training across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
- Create training materials, job aids, and SOPs.
- Manage the LMS and ensure accurate tracking and a smooth learner experience.
- Conduct needs assessments and uses data to identify skill gaps.
- Support new hire onboarding and talent development programs.
- Assist with leadership development and emerging leader initiatives.
- Contribute to engagement, communication, and culture-building programs.
- Assist with other HR-related duties and projects as assigned to support the team.
Requirements
What You Bring
Must Haves
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training, Talent Development, or HR.
- Demonstrated ability to own the full learning cycle (needs analysis ? design ? build ? facilitate ? measure) using ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and building e-learning using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or Captivate.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills — you know how to lead a room and create engagement.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into learning solutions that improve performance, not just “deliver training.”
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or content development tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, HR, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (ATD, CPTD, APTD, SHRM, AIHR) or comparable specialization.
- Experience designing blended learning, microlearning, or skills-based learning pathways.
- Comfort analyzing learning metrics, evaluating program effectiveness, and refining based on data.
- 2–5 years in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, or HR.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Rise).
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to design effective learning content using ADDIE or similar methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certifications (ATD, SHRM, AIHR) a plus.
Working Conditions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
- Work is performed onsite in a professional office setting and requires regular use of computers, learning systems, and communication tools.
- Role involves extended periods of sitting, typing, and viewing a computer monitor.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members across departments, both in person and through digital channels.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion (e.g., moving training materials or equipment).
