What are we expecting from you?
The role is based in Geneva, attached to the European Human Resources department and reporting directly to the
Human Resources Director Europe-CIS.
As a
L&D Manager for Europe, you adapt and deploy the Maison L&D strategy and vision in the European markets making sure a strong L&D culture is understood and implemented at all levels.
You have ownership within the Human Resources team on all L&D topics while working collaboratively with Retail Training. You are fully in charge of the L&D programs for the European region.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:
L&D strategy & budget
- Define Europe’s Region L&D roadmap in consistency with Maison’s L&D strategy.
- Keep monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training and other learning activities through collecting & analyzing feedback for improvement and enhancement.
- Follow-up and report on the L&D budget allocation and use across markets, in partnership with Finance. Monitor training-related invoicing processes.
- Animate & provide guidance to the HRBPs community on L&D-related topics.
Onboarding
- Facilitate the induction of newcomers through a consistent and harmonized onboarding strategy across the region.
- Deliver the Maison’s core training modules to instill cultural alignment and reinforce Maison identity.
Upskilling of the managerial community
- Provide a blended learning offer for managers, combining Maison’s programs, internal workshops and co-development sessions.
- Sponsor & contribute to the managerial community development, both for Office & Boutique environments, in close partnership with HRBPs.
Learning culture
- Promote continuous learning & self-development, encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth and employability.
- Drive the process of individual development plans, to support career evolution and meet development needs.
- Implement global L&D initiatives locally to inspire teams.
