About The Role
As a L&D Partner, you will lead initiatives that drive innovation and enhance learning experiences through technology. You'll be the central point of contact, harmonizing efforts between schools, technology partners, and internal teams to ensure objectives and expectations are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead diverse projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Manage stakeholders, including schools, technology partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor progress and risks, providing clear reporting to keep projects aligned with goals and funding requirements.
- Organize events as dissemination activities to promote project outcomes.
- Control budgets and resources, optimizing allocation for maximum impact and scalability.
What we're looking for
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a background in learning and development and a passion for educational innovation. To turn ideas in actions you also need to have:
- A first experience (1-3 years) in Learning & Development: designing, implementing, or managing training programs, digital learning platforms, or educational innovation projects.
- Project Management expertise: ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders, using agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Educational technology and/or AI knowledge: familiarity with smart learning solutions, AI-driven tools, and trends in digital education.
- Stakeholder engagement & communication: skilled in collaborating with educators, technology providers, and internal teams to drive adoption and change.
- Fluency in English, Dutch would be a plus.
