Position Details: The Senior Talent Development Associate will support the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development initiatives across HCCA. The Associate will be responsible for facilitating onboarding, soft skills, and corporate training sessions, maintaining training content and documentation, and coordinating all related logistics. In addition, the Associate will partner with the Manager, Talent Development to support capability building, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness. The Associate will work rotating schedules as required to support business training needs. This role is an 18-months contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding, soft skills, and corporate training sessions, and coordinate all related logistics.
- Maintain and update training materials, schedules, and documentation to support accurate and consistent learning delivery.
- Review training feedback and metrics to identify improvements and support ongoing enhancement of learning programs.
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to design, refine, and align training initiatives with business needs.
- Support the Career Development Program by tracking participation and maintaining communication with leaders.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), monitor training compliance, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a training, learning and development, or organizational development role preferred.
- Experience facilitating training in a corporate environment is an asset.
Education & Certification:
- College Diploma or University degree preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate training sessions with confidence and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter who is team-oriented and results driven.
- Ability to work independently and proactively problem solve.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules as required by training needs.
