Who we are looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Learning & Development Junior Specialist to join our team. This role will provide essential administrative and logistical support to our L&D department, ensuring the smooth execution of training initiatives, professional development programs, and educational courses across the organization.
Your future role
- Coordinate the organization and scheduling of internal and external training sessions
- Manage training registrations and participant communications
- Set up physical and/or virtual training environments
- Arrange venue bookings, catering, and equipment for in-person training events
- Provide administrative assistance to trainers before, during, and after sessions
- Collect and compile participant feedback for trainers
- Assist with technical setup and troubleshooting during training sessions
- Track training budgets and expenditures
- Process invoices related to training activities
- Prepare reports for the L&D team
