Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the
Learning & Development team and build the global learning and capability strategy for Robotics NewCo. You will design and deliver a business-driven learning offer that supports our people in building the capabilities required to execute our strategy and enable business to grow. You will ensure that the L&D framework supports our growth by focusing on systematic, practical steps towards shared business goals. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to translate business needs into effective learning solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring that our learning agenda is grounded in business priorities and designed to deliver tangible impact, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, performance, and development across Robotics NewCo.

This role will report to the Head of Talent & Development (to be named)
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Build L&D priorities aligned with the Robotics business strategy, long-term capability needs, and people agenda, translating these into learning initiatives that strengthen performance and enable strategic goals.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify capability gaps, create development pathways, and design/implement leadership, functional, and enterprise-wide learning programs with measurable business impact.
- Ensure global consistency with local agility by curating or creating high-quality learning content through a strong provider network and by integrating learning into performance and talent processes for a seamless employee experience.
- Implement and manage LMS and digital learning platforms, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance the learning experience and ensure agile, flexible delivery methods.
- Define KPIs and success measures, use data and analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and act as a trusted advisor on learning, development, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications For The Role
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Business Administration; advanced certifications (e.g., CIPD, ATD) are a plus.
- More than 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development leadership roles, ideally in global technology or engineering-driven industries.
- Proven record of designing and implementing learning priorities and frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in capability development, leadership programs, and learning governance frameworks.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with HRBPs and senior business leaders to co-create solutions that support organizational goals.
- Hands-on and agile mindset, with the ability to balance strategic direction and operational delivery in a dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to connect learning investments to performance and results.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
