Group Learning Specialist
We are looking for a Group Learning Specialist to join our Group Learning Team based in Milan.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, implementation, and measurement of international learning solutions (classroom, digital, blended). Collaborating with the team, the role ensures that global learning initiatives are aligned with Group priorities, deployed effectively across Business Units and Functions, contributing to the creation of One Bolton Talent and a continuous learning culture.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
- Learning Strategy & Program Design: Conduct Learning Needs Analyses, contribute to shaping the Group Learning strategy, and support the Group Learning Manager in designing and implementing cross-company learning programs (leadership, core capabilities, functional academies).
- Deployment & Facilitation: Work with BU Learning CoE contacts to localize and deploy programs, and facilitate learning sessions when required.
- Digital Learning Development & Innovation: Support the creation and curation of digital/blended content with internal and external experts, manage relationships with training vendors, and identify innovative learning solutions such as microlearning, peer learning, and digital platforms.
- Operations & Coordination: Manage logistics, vendor selection, communication, and participant engagement for Group learning initiatives; coordinate setup, tracking, and reporting of learning activities in the Group LMS ensuring data quality and analytics.
- Process & Tools Improvement: Prepare dashboards and reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning processes and tools, including catalogue management and feedback systems.
Your Team
You’ll directly report to our Group Learning Manager.
Additionally, you will work closely with the CoE team, HR Business Partners, functional stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Sales, F&A, Legal, ICT…), and external vendors.
What Makes You a Great Fit Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field. Work Experience: 3–4 years in Learning roles within corporate or consulting environments, including exposure to international and multi-country organizations. Technical Skills:
- Experience using LMS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors LMS) and authoring/learning analytics tools;
- Excellent project management and delivery skills;
- Local language: proficient in English (both written and spoken).
