We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial global organisation, for the role of Learning and Development Lead. This is a full-time position based in the City of London, reporting directly to the Group CPO. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing workforce capabilities and leadership talent across the group's global operations.

About the Role
As the Learning and Development Lead, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy, incorporating digital learning platforms and tailored interventions to enhance professional skills across the workforce.
- Design scalable learning solutions that empower employees at all levels while addressing workforce capability requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and organisational goals.
- Take ownership of employee experience initiatives, including designing strategies for employee engagement, workplace culture, and listening mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build robust learning frameworks that support functional and professional skill development across the organisation.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Reward Leads to align learning strategies with broader organisational objectives.
- Design and implement leadership development programs, early career initiatives, and other interventions to foster growth within the workforce.
- Drive innovation in employee engagement practices to create a positive workplace environment.
What We're Looking For
To succeed as the Learning and Development Lead, you'll need:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management within complex global organisations or consulting firms.
- Expertise in designing learning programs, digital learning platforms, performance management frameworks, and succession planning processes.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset suited to fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
